These terms cover your use of visioncrafthomes.us and the text messages we send. The site is run by VisionCraft Homes, 9801 Westheimer Rd, Suite 1000-A, Houston, TX 77042, the assumed name of Airout Investment Group Corporation, a Texas corporation. Using the site means you accept them.
You may use the site to look at our work, read what we do and ask us for a free inspection. Do not use it to send anything unlawful, to impersonate somebody else, or to interfere with how it runs.
The pages here describe how we work and what we have done. They are not an offer and not a quote.
Nothing on this website prices your job. A price exists once we have inspected the property and given you a written scope. The scope, the price, the schedule, the payment milestones and the warranty are set out in your written agreement, and that agreement governs the work. Where anything on this site differs from it, the written agreement wins.
We keep the site accurate, but we do not promise it is complete, current or always reachable.
VisionCraft Homes sends text messages to customers and to people who have asked us about work on their property. Messages come from (281) 944-4414. There are two kinds, and each has its own consent box on our forms:
You can join by ticking the consent box on a form on visioncrafthomes.us, by giving us your mobile number on a call and asking us to text you, or by texting us first. Consent boxes are never ticked in advance, and you do not have to tick either one to send the form. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of an inspection, a quote, or any purchase.
Message frequency varies. It depends on where your project has got to and on the messages you send us. A booked inspection is usually a confirmation and one reminder; a job in progress is a handful of updates.
Message and data rates may apply. Those are set by your mobile carrier under your own plan, not by us.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and on your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
What we collect, what we do with it and what you can ask us to do about it is set out in full in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
The photographs on this site are of jobs our own crews did, and they, along with the text, the logo and the layout, belong to VisionCraft Homes. Read the site, print a page, send someone a link. Do not republish the photos or the copy as your own work.
Some pages link out, and the inspection form, the map and our analytics load from other companies. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you are there.
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site, from a message that did not arrive, or from relying on the site instead of on your written agreement. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your rights under the written agreement for work we carry out.
If these terms change, we replace the version on this page and change the date at the top. This version is dated September 19, 2026. Carry on using the site and you accept the version that is up.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about them belongs to the courts of Harris County, Texas.
