Who this policy covers

VisionCraft Homes (“VisionCraft Homes”, “we”, “us”) is a construction and remodeling company working across the Houston metro, at 9801 Westheimer Rd, Suite 1000-A, Houston, TX 77042. VisionCraft Homes is the assumed name of Airout Investment Group Corporation, a Texas corporation.

This policy explains what we collect when you use visioncrafthomes.us, send the inspection form, call us, text us or email us, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to the phone number and email address published on it.

What we collect

What you give us

When you send the inspection form or contact us directly: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, and whatever you tell us about the work you need. If you tick a consent box on the form, we also record that you ticked it, and when.

What is collected automatically

When you open a page: your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you open and how long you stay, the page or ad that sent you here, and the date and time. Cookies and similar tools do this, and the Cookies, analytics and advertising section lists them by name.

What we never ask for here

We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account details or Social Security numbers through this website.

What we use it for

  • To answer your request and book the free inspection.
  • To carry out the inspection and write up what we find.
  • To prepare and send you a written scope and price.
  • To reach you about a job in progress, by phone, text or email.
  • To keep our own records of work done and warranties given.
  • To see which pages and ads bring us inquiries, so we spend less on the ones that do not.
  • To meet legal, tax and insurance obligations.

We do not make automated decisions about you, and we do not build profiles to sell.

Text messages and your consent

How you opt in

You can agree to receive text messages from us in three ways: by ticking a consent box on a form on this website, by giving us your mobile number on a call and asking us to text you, or by texting us first. Consent boxes are never ticked for you, and agreeing to texts is never a condition of an inspection, a quote, or any purchase — you can send the form and leave both boxes empty.

What we send

Two separate kinds, each with its own consent box:

  • About your job. Confirmations and reminders for the inspection, scheduling, your quote, updates while the work runs, and replies to questions you send us.
  • Offers. Special offers, discounts and service updates. Only if you ticked that box.

Frequency, rates, and how to stop

  • Message frequency varies. It depends on your project and on the messages you send us.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those, not us.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You can opt out at any time, and it costs nothing.
  • Reply HELP for help, or call or text us on (281) 944-4414.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and consent are not shared

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The full terms of the messaging program are in the text message terms, part of our terms of service.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site uses cookies and similar tools. Some are needed to make pages work; the rest measure how the site is used. These are the ones running here:

  • Google Analytics 4. Counts visits and page views, and records when someone taps the phone number, the text link or the email address. Google acts as our analytics provider.
  • Meta Pixel. Measures which Facebook and Instagram ads lead to inquiries, and lets us show ads to people who have visited the site.
  • AudienceLab identity pixel. An identity resolution service that can recognize a returning visitor and match website activity to a contact record, so we can follow up on inquiries that were never finished. It runs on page views only. It does not receive text message opt-in data or consent.
  • Google Maps. The contact page embeds a map, which loads from Google when you scroll to it.
  • HighLevel. The inspection form itself is hosted by HighLevel (LeadConnector), our customer relationship and messaging platform, and what you type into it goes there.

Your browser can block or delete cookies, and most phones offer a setting that limits ad tracking. Blocking them does not stop you using the site or sending the form. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and change ad settings inside your Facebook or Instagram account.

Who we share information with

We share what we hold in only two situations.

Service providers working for us

Companies that do a job on our behalf, under contract, and only with what they need to do it: our customer relationship and messaging platform, our website host, our analytics and advertising measurement providers, and the crews and suppliers who need the property address to turn up and do the work.

When the law requires it

If we are required to by law, a court order or a regulator, or where it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with lead buyers, lead sellers, data brokers or affiliates. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we are working with you and afterwards for our own records of the job, any warranty on it, and the tax and insurance periods we are required to keep records for. When none of that applies any more, we delete it or strip it of anything that identifies you. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

  • Texts. Reply STOP to any message. That stops the texts and nothing else: we can still reach you by phone or email.
  • Email. Use the unsubscribe link, or tell us and we will take you off.
  • Calls. Tell us to stop calling and we will note it.
  • A copy, a correction or a deletion. Ask us and we will do it. Use the phone number or email address below.

We will not treat you differently for asking, and we will not charge you for it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect what we hold, including access controls on the systems that store it and encrypted connections to this website and to the form. No website or method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we do not keep what we do not need.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we replace the version on this page and change the date at the top. This version is dated September 19, 2026.
